Simply works! Pretty dummy proof. Just make sure the plugs are completely seated or some functions may stop working.

CANOPENER MOTION UNLOCK FOR SYNC
After upgrading to the latest version of sync 3 on a 2016 Ford Taurus in the beginning of October 2022, I became enraged when I discovered that Ford took away my ability to scroll through my usb to find artists that I wanted to listen too. Sync’s voice interactions are awful at times when looking for a specific artist. This pushed me into finally buying this device as I have had my eye’s on it for a while. It took me a half an hour to install it and it did the trick. It works as expected giving me the keyboard functionality on the GPS as well as giving me full search and scroll abilities on the usb all while in motion. I should of bought this sooner. It works great. Its a permanent feature that is always active without having to hold a mute button or any other button for several seconds.
