Mustang (24-25') Start / Stop Eliminator
I recently purchased the Mustang (24-25') Start / Stop Eliminator from 4D Tech, and I am thoroughly impressed! While the installation instructions mentioned the removal of 6 7mm bolts, it turns out they were 8mm on my 2024 Mustang. Despite this slight hiccup, the installation process was manageable. The trickiest part was seeing the bolts behind the screen, but I cleverly used my phone in selfie mode, resting on the windshield, to spot them. With my wife’s help guiding me to align the screws from the other side of the windshield, I managed to replace the bolts comfortably from the driver’s seat.
The true highlight was how seamlessly the plug-and-play connections worked. It was straightforward and hassle-free to hook up everything once the bolts were out. This device effectively disables the auto start-stop feature, which is exactly what I was looking for. Now, I can enjoy a smoother ride without the start/stop interruptions.
