The Dash Trim tools worked great
I wouldn’t want to tackle taking out dash components without them.
Makes it easy to locate where to pull and applies proper leverage to remove without damage. -
Too flimsy
They are good for getting under the trim, but I still needed a flat head screwdriver to remove it. The tool just didn’t have enough strength to unsnap the fasteners.

Makes panel access so easy!
A "must have" for damage free install! Don't take the chance on scratching your surrounding trim panels. I used some painters tape as added protection on the attaching panels as well, that combined with these tools made for a smoother.. worry free install.

Meh.
These orange plastic burglar tools were basically worthless, as they bent rather than release any trim clips on my 2017 Fusion Titanium Hybrid. Ultimately I did everything with my fingertips, which also gave me better tactile control over each trim piece, anyway. If you're good with your hands at this sort of thing, save your money. Of course, your mileage may vary.

Thank you 4Dtech for offering a solution for my 2015 Ford Focus with the mytouch navigation with sync that Ford pulled the plug on. The ford dealership had no solution for my problem other than trying to sell me a new car. You guys came to the rescue. I installed your part myself with the great video you provided. My existing system now has onboard navigation as well as travel link active and working in my system. Thank you also for the great installation manual and especially the last paragraph that tells me what to say to get travel link added to my system. Great product, fast shipping and awesome support.
